Unlock tracking is a collection task. A Joker being locked or unlocked does not tell you whether it fits the current run.

Workflow

Use the tracker to mark collection progress.
Open the Joker detail page for effect, rarity, cost, and related cards.
Use the score capability panel before assuming the Joker is automatically calculated.

This keeps collection goals from polluting build decisions.
